Terms of Service

The service

ComplyStream provides software to read permitted Shopify data, prepare invoice payloads from merchant-configured mappings, submit them using merchant-supplied credentials and display responses. Features and supported transaction types may change as the product and external interfaces change.

Your account and authority

You must have authority to install apps for the Shopify store and to use the FBR credentials supplied. You are responsible for staff access, accurate registration details, secure credentials and all activity authorised through your store. Do not use another taxpayer's token or submit fabricated transactions.

Tax and regulatory responsibility

You remain responsible for determining whether Digital Invoicing applies, selecting a licensed integrator, configuring HS codes, rates, buyer status and transaction scenarios, reviewing invoices, meeting deadlines and maintaining records. ComplyStream does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.

ComplyStream and WizzyTek are independent of and not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the Federal Board of Revenue, PRAL or Shopify. ComplyStream is not an FBR-licensed integrator.

Plans, billing and limits

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify according to the plan accepted in the Shopify approval flow. Plan limits apply to successful production submissions as described on the pricing page. Shopify's billing, currency conversion, refund and payment rules also apply. We may change future pricing with notice; an approved charge is not changed retroactively.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass access controls or plan limits.
• Do not use the service to submit unlawful, deceptive or unauthorised records.
• Do not expose tokens, attempt access to another merchant's data or overload FBR endpoints.
• Use sandbox for testing and production only for genuine business records.

Data and security

We process data needed to provide, secure and support the service under our privacy commitments and Shopify permissions. Security controls reduce risk but no internet service can promise absolute security. Notify us promptly if a store account or token may be compromised and rotate the affected credentials.

External services and availability

ComplyStream depends on Shopify, hosting providers, FBR, PRAL or other selected integrators and internet connectivity. We do not control their uptime, schemas, approvals or responses. We may suspend service for maintenance, security, legal compliance or misuse. Check invoice status rather than assuming a submission succeeded.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that every payload will be accepted, that external services will remain available or that use alone satisfies your obligations. To the extent permitted by law, WizzyTek is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, lost profits, tax assessments or losses caused by incorrect merchant data or external systems.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees you paid for ComplyStream in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop use and uninstall the app. Uninstalling revokes Shopify access but does not cancel obligations already incurred or records you must retain. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment or unlawful use. Rotate FBR credentials if you no longer want them usable by the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for product, legal or operational changes and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
