A PKR salary is not “free” when part of every shift is spent copying orders. At 40 orders a day, even three minutes per invoice is two hours before correction and reconciliation. An app plan should be judged against that recurring work and the risk of missing peak-day orders.

Only successful production submissions count toward the plan limit; sandbox testing does not. Start on the smallest appropriate plan and upgrade through Shopify before expected sale volume takes you over the monthly allowance. Changing a plan does not change your IRIS token or product mappings.
If your volume is irregular—Ramzan campaigns, Independence Day sales or a large corporate order—look at the full month's likely successful invoices, not your average quiet day.
