For tax practices
For accountants managing Shopify clients
You decide the tax treatment. ComplyStream gives the client's store team a repeatable way to apply it to Shopify orders and keep the FBR result attached.
The problem clients bring you
A client arrives with three weeks of Shopify orders, a spreadsheet prepared by the warehouse and a question about Digital Invoicing. Their product titles are commercial names, buyer NTN is optional at checkout, and nobody has agreed whether a failed COD order should be submitted. The tax answer and the operating workflow have become one messy job.
Why Shopify is different
Shopify splits value across product lines, discounts, shipping, refunds and payment status. Variants can share a title while requiring the same—or different—HS mapping. Checkout is designed for conversion, not Pakistani tax classification. A useful setup starts with these source fields instead of asking staff to recreate an invoice from memory.
What ComplyStream does
The app maps Shopify order data to configured FBR fields, validates required values, sends the invoice with the client's own token and records the response. It does not determine registration scope, tax rates or HS codes. Those decisions remain with the client and adviser.
How client access works
Each client installs the app in their own Shopify store and uses credentials issued for their registered person. The store owner controls Shopify staff access. You do not need to place several clients behind one shared token, and you should never send an IRIS password to us.
What you can see
With appropriate Shopify staff access, you can review setup values, invoice previews, successful references and rejection messages in the client's store. That makes a review call concrete: you can point to a missing buyer NTN or incorrect product mapping rather than reconcile two disconnected lists.
Referrals and ongoing support
If the client needs software, introduce ComplyStream openly and keep ownership of your professional advice. We can help with app configuration and technical errors; we will send questions about rates, classification and notification scope back to you. Contact us to discuss a repeatable onboarding process for your practice.
Your first client is free to set up
We will join the first setup session without a consulting charge: install, sandbox connection, whitelist check and one representative test invoice. The client still chooses any paid app plan required for production volume, and any fees for your own advice remain between you and the client.
Talk to us
Bring one anonymised order example, the types of products sold and the point where the client is stuck. Do not send tokens, IRIS passwords or unredacted CNIC data in the first message. We can then separate an app issue from an IRIS, integrator or tax-mapping question.
